Everything you need to know before booking your transfer in Patagonia
How far in advance should I book the transfer?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially in high season (November to March). For groups of more than 6 people or combined circuits, it is best to book a week ahead.
How many passengers fit in the Hyundai H1 van?
Our Hyundai H1 vehicles can carry up to 8 passengers with standard luggage. For larger groups we arrange additional vehicles so everyone travels comfortably.
Do you do airport transfers to any hotel in El Calafate?
Yes, we provide IN/OUT transfers from Malvinas Argentinas International Airport to all hotels, apart-hotels, estancias and lodgings in El Calafate and the surrounding area, including Hotel Eolo, Nibepo Aike and El Galpón.
How long is the transfer to the Perito Moreno Glacier?
The trip from El Calafate to the Perito Moreno Glacier Walkways takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes (80 km on a paved road). We offer free time at the glacier and waiting service included.
How long does it take to get from El Calafate to El Chaltén?
The transfer takes about 3 hours (220 km along Route 40). We run the service with coordinated departures first thing in the morning so you can make the most of the whole day in El Chaltén.
Do you carry bicycles and cycle touring equipment?
Yes, we are specialists in logistics for cyclists. Our vans have safe space for bicycles, panniers and full equipment. We cover Route 40 and the stretch to Cancha Carrera (border with Chile / Puerto Natales).
Do you accept dollars or only pesos?
We accept Argentine pesos, US dollars and credit and debit cards. Ask us when you book so we can arrange the most convenient payment method.

Yes. We run transfers to Cancha Carrera, the border crossing towards Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine National Park, and also trips to Chile on scheduled departures: because of CNRT permits and customs procedures, they are arranged in advance and for a specific date.
